Before the deliverables

Four things I noticed
before I built anything.

01

The problem

1,664 of the 1,850 people on your Whop are on the free plan.

41k people follow you, your reviews are a perfect 5.0, and members say things like "after 4 mentors I have found a strategy". But the most anyone can pay you is $99 a month, and the free Discord button on your page doesn't even ask for an email. Whop shows $286k earned since July 2023, all of it at $99 or less.

02

Someone who was exactly here

The trading educators who break this ceiling don't add more live sessions. They add one program above the VIP room.

It's the same move every time. The free Discord stays, the $99 room stays, the morning sessions stay. On top sits one mentorship for the members who want their own trades looked at, offered after they join and sold on a short call by someone on your team. You've already built the hard part, which is a room people trust. What's missing is the step between $99 and you.

03

The maths

A trader who stops blowing evaluations saves the mentorship fee in resets alone.

Nobody at that level is buying more live sessions. They're buying you looking at their charts, a plan written around their prop firm's rules and someone checking their journal every week. That's worth thousands to a trader who's been resetting accounts. Ten of them a month out of an audience your size isn't a stretch, and that's before a dollar of ads.

04

The objection you're already forming

"That sounds like more screen time." It's mostly the calls you already run.

High ticket done badly is more 1:1s. Done properly it's one 90-minute group call a week (you already run five live mornings and two charting sessions), journal reviews in a weekly block, one 30-minute fast-track call, and a setter and a closer on your side taking the sales calls. Roughly the same week, at many times the revenue.

So instead of explaining it, I built it. The sales page, the backend, the emails and the ads, all below.
